Ingredients For Dough:
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Water As per need
For Filling:
- Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
- Green peas ½ cup
- Fresh mint ½ tbsp
- Green coriander 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
- Oil for frying
Method:
- • For the dough mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
- • Make small balls out of it and then roll them out.
- • Then in the boiled potatoes; mix in the rest of the ingredients. This will prepare the filling.
- • Now spread the dough evenly, place the filling and prepare the samosa.
- • Lastly fry in a hot oil and serve.
