Ingredients:
- Soaked grinded apricots 1-1/2 cup
- Whole dried milk ¾ cup
- Roasted semolina 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Clarified butter ¾ cup
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Yellow food color ½ tsp
- Almonds for garnish
Method:
Heat clarified butter and roast semolina then add apricot paste ,sugar ,yellow food color ,cardamom powder mix and leave on dum .when semolina tender then add whole dried milk mix and garnish with almonds and serve .
