Cheese Burst Pizza (Without Yeast) Recipe


  • For dough:
  • 100 grams maida(baking powder)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tsp curd
  • 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • For toppings:
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Corn
  • Tomato
  • Pizza pasta sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheese spread


1.To make the dough mix maida, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oil, mixed herbs and curd together. And knead a soft dough adding milk. Keep the dough aside and let it rest for 2 hours.

2.When the dough is rested enough take it out of the bowl and knead it again for 2 minutes.

3.Now roll out the dough as per the size of your pizza pan and place it inside the pan.

4.Spread the cheese on the rolled out dough evenly. Now take another dough ball and roll it very thin and cook it on a tawa. Then place it above the cheese spread and seal the edges using the base. Prick the base with a fork.

5.Now spread pizza sauce, add all the toppings and mozzarella cheese. Also add some salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes as per your taste.

6.Pre-heat your oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

7.Now cook the pizza at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

Mexican Pizza


  • For Pizza Base:
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Maize Flour
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  • For Pizza Topping:
  • 3 Cups Rajma
  • 3 Onions, finely chopped
  • 8-9 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Tomato Puree
  • Nos Salt
  • For Hot Sauce:
  • 1 Kg Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Onion , chopped
  • 6 Red Chillies (dry)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • To taste Salt
  • For garnishing:
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Spring onions, chopped
  • Jalapenos, sliced


Prepare Pizza base:

1.Mix the flours together, add 3 tsp of oil and salt and make a soft dough with water.

2.Roll out thin rounds and deep fry in oil till crisp.3.Keep aside.

Prepare Pizza topping:

1.Soak the beans overnight, boil and drain.

2.Keep the liquid aside and mash the beans.

3.Heat ghee and butter together. Saute the onions till transparent . Add the beans and mix well. Stir in the puree, ketchup and salt. Cook till the colour darkens, keep mashing the mixture as it cooks.

4.Keep aside.

Prepare Hot sauce:

1.Soak the chillies in half a cup of water.

2.Saute the onions in the oil and add the tomatoes and chillies with the water. Cook till the tomatoes are done, cool and blend it in a mixie.

3.Then heat the sauce again. Add the ajwain, sugar and salt. Cook for another 10 minutes and keep aside.

Prepare the garnishing:

1.Take the fried pizza and spread some rajma, jalapenos and sauce.

2.Sprinkle some onions and spread a spoonful of sour cream.

3.Finally sprinkle the cheese and grill for five minutes.

4.Serve immediately.

Greek Style Pizza


  • For Pizza Base:
  • 1 Cup Pizza Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/5 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • For Pizza Topping:
  • 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 2/3 Cup Pizza Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Oregano
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Cup Zucchini Green/Yellow
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper Red/Yellow
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 2 Black Olive
  • 2 Green Olive


1.Pre heat the oven to the maximum temperature and defrost the cheese.

2.Mean while you can prepare the dough for base. Dissolve yeast in a lukewarm water in a mixing bowl. Add salt and Pizza flour to it and make a loose dough.

3.Knead for 10 minutes to smooth the dough. If it’s sticky. You can sprinkle some more floor and knead. Keep it covered in a counter top.

4.Cut a baking sheet to square place the dough over it. Roll thinly like a (roti). Dust with flour. Using a back of a board spoon spread the pizza sauce.

5.Spread the chopped veggies and sprinkle cheese over it, sprinkle the Italian seasoning transfer by pulling this over a baking tray carefully.

6.Bake for 15 minutes or until the side and cheese become golden.

7.Pizza is ready to be served hot.

Mini Mushroom Pizza


  • 2 Pizza base
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Sweet corn kernels
  • For Pizza Sauce:
  • 3 cups Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1.Take pizza base on a counter top. Use a cookie cutter to cut small circles and make dimples in it using a fork. Pop it in the preheated oven and leave for 5 minutes.

2.In a pan, saute the garlic and onion. Add tomato puree, rosemary, salt. Cook till the sauce is nice and thick. A pinch of sugar can be added to sweeten the sauce a bit.

3.Take toasted pizza bases, pour some sauce. Top it with mushrooms, sweet corn kernels and grated cheese.

4.Bake in the oven for 2 minutes till the cheese melts.

Vegetarian Pizza


  • 2 x 10 inch Readymade pizza bases
  • 1 Can or jar of tomato sauce, enough to cover the pizza (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 100 gram Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Green pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red pepper, sliced
  • 100 gram Mushrooms, sliced


1.Preheat the oven to 200C.

2.Cover the bases thinly with the sauce followed by the oregano and cheese.

3.Then place the slices of onion, peppers and mushrooms on top.

4.Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has completely melted and starts to turn brown around the pizza’s edge.

Multigrain Pizza


  • For Pizza Dough:
  • 1 Cup Lukewarm water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp Maize flour (makki atta)
  • 2 Tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • For Pesto Topping:
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • Pine nuts
  • 2 Cups Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 Cup Regiano parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
  • For Mushroom Topping:
  • 100 Ml Water
  • 50 Gram Porcini mushroom
  • 50 Gram Mushroom
  • 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black pepper
  • Red chilli
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Oregano leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Mozarella cheese


Prepare the Pizza Dough:

1.Take a lukewarm glass of water and mix 2 teaspoons of sugar.

2.Take a tablespoon of active yeast and sprinkle it on top of the water, cover the glass and put away in a draught free zone. You will see bubbles arise on the surface in 20 minutes or so.

3.Take another bowl, add two cups of whole wheat flour, one cup of ready to eat oats, maize flour, flax seed powder and some sunflower seeds. Now add the fermented yeast water. Mix the dough and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

4.Knead the dough a bit till it looks shiny. It will feel hard to the touch.

5.Take a glass bowl and grease it with olive oil, now put the kneaded dough in it, and cover it with a muslin cloth.

Prepare Pesto Sauce:

1.Take one and half spoon of garlic, some pine nuts and churn them in a mixie.

2.Now add two cups of basil leaves and add 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil to it and churn it some more.

3.Add salt and pepper to the mixture. Add a cup of grated Parmesan cheese to this.

4.Mix the above and take it out in a bowl. Now add some olive oil to it. The Pesto Sauce is done.

Prepare Mushroom Topping:

1.In a pan, roast whole garlic with red chillies and olive oil.

2.Take some porcini mushrooms and soak them in warm water. Take a pan add some extra virgin olive oil and then add onions and fry.

3.To the caramelized onions add the porcini mushrooms and regular mushrooms.

4.Add some salt and fresh pepper and then add the roasted garlic pods and then add some fresh oregano leaves.

5.Put the pizza together.

6.Take chillies infused in olive oil and apply on the edges of the base.

7.Now apply the pesto sauce and apply on the base and add the toppings and grated cheese.

8.Put the pizza in the oven at 180 degrees till the cheese melts.

9.Tip: If you like a crisp crust, you can bake it in the oven for 5 minutes in the oven, and then put the toppings.

Kebab and Paneer Pizza


  • For Tomato sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • A pinch of Oregano
  • To taste Salt & pepper
  • For the Toppings:
  • 60 GRAM Cheese
  • 1 Seekh kebab
  • 50 GRAM Paneer
  • 3 Pickled green chillies
  • 30 GRAM Onions
  • Sprinkle of oil
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pizza base


Prepare Tomato sauce:

1.Heat oil, add herbs, salt and pepper, tomato, tomato puree & cook until the oil separates. Keep aside. Put tomato sauce mixture on the pizza base & grate the cheese.

For topping up:

1.Cut cooked seekh kebab, sprinkle on the pizza.

2.Cut paneer into cubes, spread over pizza.

3.Arrange onion rings, pickled green chillies and sprinkle with salt.

4.Bake in oven until cheese melts and base edges get brown.

5.Serve hot.

Spicy Sausage Pizza


  • ½ recipe homemade pizza dough, or you can use store-bought dough
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 ounces spicy sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced mini sweet peppers
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper


  1. If you are using homemade pizza dough, make it according to the recipe instructions. If you are using store-bought dough, remove it from the packaged and shape it into a 12-inch circle. Spray your pizza pan with non-stick spray and dust lightly with flour and gently transfer the dough to your prepared pizza pan.
  2. Adjust the rack to the lower middle of the oven and preheat to 475ºF.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the crust leaving a 1-inch bare rim around the edge. Sprinkle the sausage, onion, and peppers over the sauce. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Rotate halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Drizzle the chili oil over the top and sprinkle with red pepper. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before slicing.


*½ pound of store-bought pizza dough can be used instead **If you like an extra kick of heat, try mixing 1 tablespoon of chili oil into the marinara sauce before spreading it over the crust.

Authentic Pizza Margherita


  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 pinch white sugar
  • ¼ cup flour for dusting
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 20 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 20 leaves fresh basil
  • olive oil
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Step 1 Stir flour and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Step 2 Mix water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand until yeast begins to form a creamy foam, about 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3 Stir half the flour mixture into yeast mixture until no dry spots remain. Stir in remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. When dough pulls together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
  4. Step 4 Lightly oil a large bowl, then place dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a light cloth and let rise in a warm place (80 to 95 degrees F (27 to 35 degrees C)) until doubled in volume, about 1 hour. Punch dough down, divide into 4 equal pieces, and form each into a ball.
  5. Step 5 Preheat oven with a pizza stone to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
  6. Step 6 Stretch out and pat 1 dough ball to form a circle 10 to 12 inches in diameter. Place dough on a lightly floured pizza peel. Top with 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and spread to cover within an inch of the edge of the dough. Arrange 5 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce, then place 5 basil leaves on top. Drizzle pizza with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Repeat for 3 remaining dough balls.
  7. Step 7 Slide each pizza onto the pizza stone in the preheated oven. Bake until cheese is bubbly and the underside of the crust is golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes.

Homemade Supreme Pizza



  • 1 pound store-bought pizza dough
  • OR
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 4 cups all-purpose flour


  • ½ cup pizza sauce or to taste
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese shredded
  • ¼ pound cooked ground sausage or ground beef
  • 2 ounces pepperoni chopped
  • 1 ounce salami sliced, or other deli meat as desired
  • ¼ cup bell pepper red or green
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • 3 tablespoons red onion sliced
  • 2 large mushrooms thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yeast, sugar, and water. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes, until bubbles form on top.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix together yeast mixture, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt. Add in 3 cups of flour, a cup at a time, mixing after each addition. If the dough seems sticky, add more flour, a couple of tablespoons at a time.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until slightly stiff, about 6 minutes.
  5. If time allows, let the dough rise for 1 hour.* If allowing to rise, punch the dough down before the next step.
  6. Lightly grease two pizza pans with oil. Roll out the dough and stretch to fill the pans. Use your fingers to press and stretch as needed.
  7. Let dough rise in pans for 10 minutes. Poke pizza dough with a fork all over.
  8. Brush pizza dough with remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and top with pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese as desired.
  9. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

Recipe Notes:

*You can allow up to 1 hour rise time for this dough but more often than not, I skip this step to make a quick dough. Rising the dough will add a bit more flavor (and chew to the texture).
