Mexican Cheese Burger

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Oyster sauce 2tbsp
  • Jalapeno pepper 2 large
  • Mustard paste 1tbsp
  • Thyme 1/2tsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 1tbsp
  • Butter 2-4tbsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Burger buns 4
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion rings as required
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Cheese slice 8
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Coal 1

Method:

In beef mince add, oyster sauce, mustard sauce, garlic, jalapeno pepper, thyme and egg and mix it with hands thoroughly. Now heat the coal and smoke the mince with it. Then make a patty. Cut capsicum and onion in to rings with it also cut jalapeno pepper and sauté it with butter. Now spread butter on to the burger buns and heat them, then grill the patty. Then put cheese and patty in the bun. Then put the sauté onions, pepper and capsicum. Lastly heat the other half of the burger and serve it hot.

Chapli Burgers

Ingredients:

  • Buns as required
  • Chapli kabab as required
  • Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chutney 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Onion rings as required
  • Tomato rings as required

For Barbecue Sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

Method:

Heat oil & fry chapli kabab. Toast the buns from one side.
In a bowl mix all the barbecue sauce ingredients.
Now put barbecue sauce on a one part of a bun put chapli kabab on it. Add green chutney, onion & tomato rings. Put the other part of bun & serve.

Multi Lava Burger

Ingredients:

  • burger buns 2
  • beef mince 250 grams
  • egg 1
  • flour 2 tbsp
  • bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • salt ½ tsp
  • onion 1 chopped
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients For Lava Sauce:

  • crushed red chili 1
  • brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • red vinegar ½ cup
  • tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • red chili pepper 1 tsp

For Salad:

  • Salad leaves 2
  • sliced cheese 2

METHOD:

Mix the mince meat with 1egg, 2tbsp flour, 2tbsp bread crumbs, 1tsp black pepper,1/2tspsalt and 1 chopped onion. Shape into kebabs

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until brown

In a separate pan add1 crushed red pepper, 2tbsp brown sugar, ½ cup red vinegar, ½ cup tomato ketchup. Simmer and cook for a minute or two

Place lettuce leaves on the bun bottoms, place the kebabs and top with the prepared sauce. Cover with bun tops and serve with your favorite sides.

Smoked Barbeque Burger

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1-½ tsp
  • Smoked barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt n pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread soaked in milk 2 slices
  • Burger buns 6
  • Iceberg lettuce 2 cups
  • Cheese slices as required
  • Tomato slices as required
  • Onion slices as required

Ingredients For Bbq Mayo Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Smoked barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp

Method For Sauce:

Mix all together and use in burger

Grind all the ingredients in the chopper till smooth, make patty, pan fry in grill pan, heat burger buns, spread with prepared sauce, lettuce, cheese slice, patty, veggies, cover with bun, serve with fries.

Anda Shami Burger

Ingredients For Kabab:

  • Beef Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Medium size Onion roughly chopped 2
  • Garlic cloves 16
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 20
  • Water 3glass
  • Gram lentils soaked 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Remaining Masala:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger finely chopped 2 tsp
  • Fresh Green Chilies 4
  • Coriander Chopped 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves Chopped 1 bunch

Ingredients For Burger:

  • Shami kabab 4
  • Eggs 5
  • Salt and pepper to taste ‏
  • Tomato slices 8
  • Tamarind sauce 4 tbsp
  • mayo garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Onion rings 1
  • Grated cabbage 1 tbsp
  • Cucumber sliced 1
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Hot sauce for buns
  • Ketchup for buns
  • Oil for frying

Method:

Making of shami kababs, in a deep heavy vessel, put all the boiling ingredients and cook on medium low flame, till meat done. Now after flame off add onions medium 2 roughly, garam masala powder 1 tbsp, ginger chopped finely 2 tbsp, fresh coriander leaves chopped, fresh mint leaves chopped, 4 green chilies chopped, mix well then make kababs. Beat all the eggs well in a bowl with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan, and fry four shami fillet, with the coat of berated eggs. Fry from both sides on medium flame until done. Now make Omelets of the remaining eggs. Make four omelets, one for each bun. Add grated onion, cabbage to the mayo garlic dip, mix well. Now with a little oil in pan, heat the inner and outer sides of both the pieces of all the buns. Spread ketchup evenly to the inner sides of both the pieces of the bun. Put a shami fillet on a bun piece, followed by the mayo garlic dip. Then add a omelet, followed by the tamarind sauce. On the other piece, put tomato and cucumber slice with a pinch of salt and black pepper, followed by the hot sauce. Now put this bun piece on the other one. Repeat same with the other three buns. Heat them in a pan on a low flame. Serve hot.

Hunter Beef And Burger

Ingredients For Hunter Beef:

  • Beef (undercut) 1 ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 ½ tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Burger Sauce:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp

For The Burger:

  • Burger buns 4-5
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lettuce as required
  • Tomato (sliced) as required
  • Cucumber (sliced) as required

Method:

After washing the beef well, prick it with a fork. Make deep pricks all over the beef. Rub the beef with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and vinegar and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now mix all the spices and salt together and rub it all over the beef. Pour oil over the beef and rub again. Now cover the beef and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Now in a deep dish fry the beef roast until its colour changes to brown. Now submerge the beef in water, cover the dish and let the beef cook on medium flame. Cook the beef until tender and the water is dried out completely. Cover in foil and refrigerate for 3 days. Shred the hunter beef and use as the burger filling.

For burger sauce, mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook until the mixture thickens. Let it cool down and use it to drizzle it on your burger. Grill the burger buns on a flat pan with some oil. Spread some of the sauce on the base of the burger. Add some of the shredded hunter beef and drizzle some more sauce over it. Add lettuce, tomato and cucumber, cover with the other half of the bun and serve with chips and more sauce.

Mushroom Swiss Burger

Ingredients:

For Patties:

  • Ground beef 300gm
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped onion ` 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Mushrooms Sliced 1 can
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Shredded cheese 4 tbsp
  • Buns 2

Method:

Mix all the ingredients of patties and divide into 2set aside. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and soy sauce; cook and stir until browned. Set aside and keep warm. Cook the patties until cooked through. Divide the mushroom mixture evenly amongst the burgers and top each one with cheese. Cover the pan for about 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt. Remove from the grill and serve on buns.

Cheesy Peri Chicken Burgers

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 400gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Salt as required
  • Peri sauce 2tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp
  • Jalapeño 2tbsp
  • Coriander 2tbsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1tsp
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Oil for frying

For Burger:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Cheese slices 4
  • Butter 4tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 4tbsp
  • Salad leaves, tomatoes as required
  • Onion sliced as required
  • Peri sauce as required

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for patty and give shape of patty then fry it , now in mayo add peri sauce and mix , to assemble in a bun add mayo sauce , patty , salad leaves and other ingredients put another bun and serve .

Hot Pizza Burger

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2kg
  • Sausages (finely cut) 3/4cup
  • Pizza seasoning 1-1/2tsp
  • Black pepper chopped 1-1/2tsp
  • Butter 4-5tbsp
  • Burger bun 4-5
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil as required
  • Hot sauce 1tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 4tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1cup
  • Pepperoni as required
  • Pizza sauce 1/2cup
  • Mayonnaise 4tbsp
  • Red chili chopped 1tsp

Method:

In chicken mince add salt, black pepper, hot sauce, pizza seasoning and bread crumbs to add in the chopper. Now in it add eggs and sausages to make a patty and set it for 10mins. Now spread butter over the bun. Now mix pizza sauce and mayonnaise. Now in a grill pan add the patty and grill it till it gets the color required and 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese. Now add sauce on the inside of the bun and add pepperoni as per taste. Now on the other side of the bun add sauce and serve it hot.

Vegetable And Chicken Burgers

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1 cup
  • Burger buns 4
  • Oats ½ cup
  • Cauliflower (grated) 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Carrot (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Dried mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil to brush
  • Hung yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato slices 4
  • Lettuce leaves as required

Methods:

Marinate chicken mince with oats, cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, parsley, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, mixed herbs and egg and mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Toast or grill the buns till golden. Heat oil and and cook the patties till done. Mix hung yogurt, tomato ketchup and mustard sauce. Apply this mixture on the base of the buns. Place a tomato slice, the patty and a few lettuce leaves. Cover with the tops and secure with a toothpick.
