Up Beet

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 2 medium Apples
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 6 medium Carrots
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1.5 cup, whole Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Peel lemon and orange. Cut into slices.
  2. Chop carrots, strawberries, beetroot, and cucumber.
  3. Process all ingredients in a juicer.
  4. Shake or stir and serve.

Lemon Pear Detox

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Banana
  • Ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel pear, lemon and ginger.
  2. Chop pear and ginger.
  3. Slice banana and lemon.
  4. Put all ingredients into juicer.

Grapefruit, Carrot, Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 5 baby carrots
  • 1 inch fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop grapefruits and ginger into appropriate sizes.
  2. Put all ingredients into the juicer.
  3. Service immediately.

Kale Spinach Juice

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of pineapple
  • A handful of kale
  • A handful of spinach
  • (Optional – 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 to 2 (2 inch piece) ginger

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin and the core of the pineapple, and trim and prepare the kale and the spinach.
  2. Close the lever and extract kale-spinach-pineapple in order.
  3. When putting the last ingredients in, place the lever in half-opened position to release compressed pulp.

Apple Cucumber Juice

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of Cucumber
  • ½ cup of Apple
  • ¼ cup of Lemon
  • ¼ cup of Celery
  • (Optional) 1 to 2 (2-inch piece) fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Cut off the ends of the cucumber, peel skin, and slice into appropriate sizes.
  2. Remove the seeds from the apple, cut.
  3. Prepare celery by washing thoroughly.
  4. Wash lemon with baking soda, and prepare by cutting, with the peel intact.
  5. Peel ginger.
  6. Put lever on “close.” Alternate the order of ingredient insertion.
  7. *Insert ingredients in order shown above.

Lemon Detox

Ingredients

  • 1 and ¼ cups of sliced pears
  • 1 sliced banana
  • ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Peel lemon and banana. Remove seeds and core of pear. Cut into appropriate sizes.
  2. Insert half of the pear, then banana and lemon into juicer.
  3. Insert the rest of the pear.
  4. Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.

Berry Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of white grapes
  • 1/4 cup of kiwi
  • 2 cups of whole strawberry
  • 1/4 lemon

Instructions

  1. Peel lemon and kiwi, and cut into appropriate sizes.
  2. Remove white grapes from stem, and remove stems from strawberries and wash thoroughly.
  3. Insert white grapes, kiwi, strawberries, and lemon into juicers.
  4. Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.

Orange Light

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of sliced oranges
  • 1/3 cup of bok choy
  • ¼ cup of banana
  • ½ orange

  1. Peel orange and banana, and cut both into appropriate sizes.
  2. Wash the bok choy leaves thoroughly, and cut into 2 inch pieces.
  3. Insert ingredients into juicer.
  4. Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.

Pomegranate, Orange and Pineapple

Ingredients

  • ½ Pomegranate
  • 1 Orange
  • ½ Cup of Pineapple

Instructions

  1. Cut pomegranate into 4 pieces, and separate seeds into a bowl.
  2. Peel orange and remove peel and core of the pineapple. Slice into appropriate sizes.
  3. Add all of ingredients into juicer.
  4. Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.

Green Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 green pear, such Anjou, halved
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger
  • 2 orange wedges, rind left on

Directions

  • Step 1 Press ingredients through a juicer. Stir, and drink immediately.
