Chinese egg fried noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack – egg noodles
  • 1 tsp – Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp – Benedictine Dom (optional)
  • 1 tsp – soya sauce
  • 1 tsp – chilli sauce
  • 1 – garlic clove, chopped
  • Pepper powder as needed
  • 1- boiled egg + 1/2 egg white
  • 1/4 cup – bell peppers (bean sprouts, cabbage or any other veggies)
  • A few – scallions (white and green separated)
  • Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil noodles in 3 cups of water and cook till done
  2. Rinse and drain.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, roast boiled egg, add garlic, chopped scallion, (white part), bell peppers (bean sprouts, cabbage or any other vegetables), salt and saute
  4. Pour in the egg white and scramble, till the egg is partially cooked
  5. Add sauces including the wine and dom. When it boils, add noodles and pepper powder and fry on high for 1 to 2 mins.
  6. Serve hot
