Cake ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (30 g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
- Add all cake ingredients to a microwavable mug.
- Stir together until well combined.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 10 seconds, or until cake is firm to the touch.
- Top with blueberries and chocolate chips, and serve immediately.
