Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe with Blueberries

Cake ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions:

  1. Add all cake ingredients to a microwavable mug.
  2. Stir together until well combined.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute 10 seconds, or until cake is firm to the touch.
  4. Top with blueberries and chocolate chips, and serve immediately.
