- 2 large beetroot
- 1 medium orange
- 4 leaves kale
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 large carrot
- 1 1/2 apple
- Step 1. Peel the beetroots and roughly chop them in a bowl. Peel the carrots, orange and ginger and chop them too. Keep all the veggies aside.
- Step 2. Process together all the chopped veggies along with washed kale leaves in a juicer mixer until smooth.
- Step 3. Pour this juice in glasses and add ice cubes in it. Enjoy!
