6. Breakfast Juices

Ginger-Beet Juice


  • 2 large beetroot
  • 1 medium orange
  • 4 leaves kale
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 1/2 apple


  • Step 1. Peel the beetroots and roughly chop them in a bowl. Peel the carrots, orange and ginger and chop them too. Keep all the veggies aside.
  • Step 2. Process together all the chopped veggies along with washed kale leaves in a juicer mixer until smooth.
  • Step 3. Pour this juice in glasses and add ice cubes in it. Enjoy!
