GRILLED PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2slices white bread
  • 2tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1banana, mashed (ripe)
  • 2tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
  2. Mash banana and spread it on the other slice of bread.
  3. Put the slices together to form the sandwich.
  4. Melt butter (not the peanut butter) in a frying pan.
  5. Fry the sandwich in the pan on both sides until it’s golden brown.
