Kinetic Energy = 1/2​mv2 [Since,v2=A2ω2cos2(ωt+ϕ)]

1/22A2cos2(ωt+ϕ)

1/22(A2x2)

Therefore, the Kinetic Energy = 1/2​2A2cos2(ωt+ϕ)=1/2​2(A2x2)
