Lahori Fish Fry

Ingredients:

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 4 tbsp
  • Fish masala 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Oil (for frying) as required

Method:

In fish dried fenugreek, red chili powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, fish masala, salt and gram flour mix and leave 2 hours for marination. then heat oil and fry fish. finally remove and serve hot.
