MANDARIN BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cups milk, dairy or dairy-free
  • 1 cup yogurt, dairy or dairy-free
  • 4 mandarin oranges, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.A blender blending a mandarin breakfast smoothie
  2. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!Two cups of mandarin breakfast smoothies.
