Ingredients For Dough:
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Yeast 1- 1/2 tsp
- Flour 3 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Warm water as required
For Mince Filling:
- Beef mince 300gm
- Chopped onion ½ cup
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Crushed cumin 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Butter as required
- Green coriander for topping
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 C. Mix dough ingredients, knead it and leave it to rise. Cook mince with garlic, ginger, crushed cumin, and salt, crushed red chilies and crushed coriander. Now add yogurt and cook well. Add onion, green coriander, green chilies and remove. Now roll dough put mince filling and seal it sides then put butter and bake for 15 minutes. Put butter and coriander in last and serve.
