Ingredients:
- Maggi noodles – 1 pack
- Refined oil – 2 tsp
- Medium tomato – 1, finely chopped
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Maggi masala – 1 tsp
- Water – 2 cups
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato, salt and stir it.
- Cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low flame.
- Open the lid after 3 to 4 minutes.
- Mash the tomato. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
- Stir it in high flame for a minute.
- Now add water, maggi masala and noodles.
- Cover the pan and cook on high flame. After 1 minute, cook in medium flame.
- Stir the noodles and cook it for 3 minutes.
- It is ready to be served
