Ingredients:
- 100 gms- Noodles (medium size)
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 small cup- Green Peas
- 2 small Carrots
- 1/2 tsp- Pavbhaji Masala
- 1/2 tsp- Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp- Paprika powder/ or pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp- Oil
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the noodles with salt and oil for 8 mins. Strain the noodles and keep aside. Boil the green peas, chopped carrots.
- Fry the onions transluscent, add chopped tomatoes and fry till the water dries out.
- Add the dry powders, boiled vegetables and stir fry.
- Add the beaten egg.
- Add the strained noodles and mix well. Add salt if necessary. You can enjoy the noodles with tomato sauce.
